RISE Peer Recovery was out and about in our communities, connecting with neighbors, building relationships, and celebrating the people and events that make our communities strong.
Our team had the opportunity to participate in two community events: the Car Show at Eastside Park in Washington and Knox County Recover Out Loud.
Community events provide an important opportunity for RISE to meet people where they are, share information about recovery resources and peer support, and create meaningful connections with individuals and organizations throughout the communities we serve.
At RISE, we believe recovery is strengthened through connection. Recovery is not something that happens in isolation—it happens in community, through relationships, support, encouragement, and opportunities to build a life beyond addiction.
We are grateful to everyone who stopped by to visit with our team, learn more about RISE, or simply say hello. These conversations and connections are at the heart of what we do.
